Charming, Charming, Charming.
I adored my large king-sized room. The amazing river view was the perfect backdrop for my mornings, and the international buffet breakfast was a good way to kick off my day. The staff was super accommodating. They had my room ready before check-in time and even offered me breakfast at check-in!

The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable
The check in staff were not very helpful. They had trouble locating my booking and only after i gave them a copy of my confirmation were they able to retreive it.

The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment, which is good news as the room we had was tired and did not impress. The hotel caters for business types and I would not recommend it for anything else, it is functional. If you are on a vacation, I recommend booking alternative accommodation. In my opinion the Hyatt was poor value for money, ok if the company is paying but excessive when it is out of your pocket.

We loved visiting Optus Stadium and the nearby gardens. The staff were super friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring. Expect clean rooms and decent amenities. It's great for a fun group getaway.
We noticed the bathrooms could use some updating. It would have been nice if the finishing touches were better, like the silicone seal that looked a bit off.

Luxury hotel with well-organised and nicely furnished rooms and a separate bathroom. Full cooked breakfast available with yoghurt and sausages, for example. The staff was caring, the location was incredible. Found in the good area short walk to a hi-way where one can catch a free bus ride to the CDB, Hyatt Regency Perth, and the restaurants and lounge bars.
